Frequently Asked Questions

Instead of a typical clasp closure, permanent jewelry is welded closed. You can still remove the jewelry with scissors or snips if you want to take it off. Since the chains are so dainty you don’t really feel it on, which is perfect for everyday use.

I also offer permanent anklets, necklaces! Prices for necklaces start at $100 & anklets start at $65.

I accept e-transfer, cash, debit & credit.  If you wish to pay in advance that can be done before hand here on the website.

Each sale is final. Each piece is unique & custom cut and welded for you, so there are no returns. With that being said, if you have any issues with any of your jewelry, please reach out and I’ll try my best to make it right!

-Avoid regular direct contact with perfume, body lotions, hair sprays or other chemicals

-Be mindful while engaging in activities that might result in yanking or tugging the delicate chains with force.

-Limit Exposure to Chlorine.

-Clean it regularly with mild soap. Use jewelry polish cloths to help restore its lustre. Remove with care.

-Be sure to cut it off from the jumping – the small ring that connects the bracelet to the clasp.

-Need a repair, resizing or re-welding service? Schedule an appointment with us.

We understand there are some rare cases where you need to remove your jewelry. If this is the case, bring you jewelry back and we can reweld it for free at any time (this includes jewelry that was purchased from other vendors). We are not responsible for lost jewelry.

The welding process doesn’t cause you any pain! I use a high quality jewelry micro welding machine to perform the service. There is no flame, just a tiny spark! When it is time to weld, I will ask you to wear the protective glasses and to look away.

Other information to consider:

Breakage

All of our permanent jewelry is designed to break with 20 lbs or less of pressure for your safety. It is better to have a broken bracelet than a broken wrist.

Skin sensitivity

It is important to notify us if you have allergies to metals or if you’ve ever had a reaction to wearing jewelry in the past. Skin irritations can happen. When this happens we recommend a higher karat gold to reduce the chances of you reacting to the alloys in solid gold products. We are not able to offer warranties on how your skin will react to our metals as this is out of our control.

Permanent jewelry is an amazing experience to share with your friends and family. Consider your lifestyle when deciding on permanent jewelry.

Permanently welded jewelry offers a claspless design and increases durability, but breakage can still occur based on your lifestyle. Over time, wear & tear, sleeping habits, and exposure to chemicals may compromise the chain’s strength. While we aim for your jewellery to stay on for years, realistic expectations are crucial.

Step 1) Pick out your chain choice, all chains are hypoallergenic silver and/or gold filled.

Step 2) Measure your wrist, place bracelet or anklet on for the perfect fit.

Step 3) Get Sparkled! The bracelet or anklet is finished with a quick and painless welding process emitting a small spark giving the phrase, Get Sparkled!

Gold-filled is a precious metal comprised of a 14k gold layer over a metal core.  It is equally as durable, but is the better value for the budget savvy customers who prefer gold.  All of the gold pieces I use are 14k gold filled jewelry pieces. If you are interested in solid gold jewelry pieces please contact me directly. As an added note, at no time will I ever use any gold plated products.
